Amy Juers, MBA | Founder and CEO

Amy Juers founded Edge Marketing with a conviction that regulated-industry companies deserved marketing partners who actually understood their world: the buyers, the media, the professional culture, and the specific kind of trust that takes years to build and seconds to lose.

Almost thirty years later, Amy leads Edge as a strategic authority on AI-driven marketing, GEO, and trust-centered communications for legal technology, accounting, and professional services markets. She is the author of The Marketing Edge: A Sharper Way to Approach Building a Brand (2023), a practical guide to brand strategy, digital marketing, and marketing investment decisions for regulated-industry leaders.

Amy serves on the ILTA Business Partner Committee and is a recognized voice in the legal technology marketing community. Her leadership philosophy: senior judgment is not a luxury for regulated-industry companies. It is a requirement.

Jennifer Marsnik | Strategic Communications

Jennifer has been part of the Edge Marketing team since 2007. She brings deep knowledge of regulated-industry communications, critical strategic thinking, and nearly two decades of client relationship experience to every engagement.

Jennifer is known for developing and implementing strategic communications and marketing plans that align precisely with each client’s broader business objectives, not just their marketing goals. Her work spans PR strategy, messaging architecture, content development, and integrated campaign planning for legal technology and professional services clients.

Before joining Edge, Jennifer worked with Amy Juers at LegalVoice and gained legal industry experience at Merrill Corporation, followed by a decade in financial services supporting credit unions and banks.

Nicolle Martin | Marketing and PR

Nicolle has been a member of the Edge team since 2007, when she joined as a short-term opportunity. Nearly two decades later, she brings deep sector expertise and a record of delivering integrated marketing and PR programs that drive measurable growth for legal technology and professional services clients.

Nicolle’s background includes serving as Director of Marketing Services at Kroll Ontrack, where she led a team delivering innovative marketing and PR strategies for legal and technology-driven services organizations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Cindy Moen | Marketing Strategy and Execution

Cindy joined Edge Marketing in 2008 and has spent more than twenty years delivering high-quality strategic and tactical marketing work for regulated-industry clients. She is known within the Edge team and among clients for precision, accountability, and a consistent focus on results.

Cindy works directly with clients on marketing communications strategy and execution: from high-level positioning work through tactical campaign management and day-to-day execution. Her approach is results-driven without sacrificing the strategic discipline that makes results sustainable.

Outside of work, Cindy has completed two marathons, eighteen half marathons, five duathlons, and countless shorter races.

She served for over a decade as national director of marketing and PR for Women in eDiscovery.
